TMS are a Grammy and Ivor Novello-nominated songwriting and production team composed of Tom 'Froe' Barnes, Ben
Kohn, and Peter 'Merf’ Kelleher, originating from West London. Versatile all-rounders, who write both track and topline, their credit list includes artists such as Dua Lipa, Maroon 5, Ed Sheeran, Calvin Harris, John Legend, Lewis Capaldi, Alicia Keys, Benson Boone, Niall Horan, Becky G, David Kushner, G-Eazy, Emeli Sandé, One Direction, Anne-Marie and many more.
Now permanently based between LA and London, the trio achieved their first UK number 1 single in September 2011 and have since co-written and produced a further eight No.1s, selling over 50 million records worldwide and streaming over 15 billion times. Their successes include the US Billboard Hot 100 number 1 'Someone You Loved’ with Lewis Capaldi, which is the Official UK Chart's most streamed song of all time.
In 2020, TMS were nominated for a Grammy and Ivor Novello Award, won Song of the Year at The Brit Awards, and placed 2nd on the year end Billboard Hot 100 Producers chart. The following year, they enjoyed Grammy success with John Legend’s ‘Bigger Love’ (Best RnB Album) and Dua Lipa’s ‘Future Nostalgia' (Best Pop Vocal Album). They also won BMI Song of the Year (Lewis Capaldi's 'Before You Go’) and ASCAP Song of the Year (Lewis Capaldi's ‘Someone You Loved’), with both songs again being nominated for an Ivor Novello Award. Most recently, Lewis Capaldi's return has seen them notch their 8th and 9th UK Official Chart number 1 singles with 'Forget Me’ also being the UK’s most performed radio song of 2023.
